Shorter version of Leki's popular Makalu poles

Even at first glance, these Cressida Cork Lite aluminium trekking poles from Leki already tick two major boxes for us: tactile cork handles that offer excellent grip even when your hands are wet, and a lever-lock adjustment mechanism that we've always found more reliable than the twist-lock versions. But take a closer look at Leki's Aergon Air grips and you'll realise they're a cut above the rest. Ergonomically contoured and angled for a range of comfortable hand positions in different situations, they've shaped and rubberised the back of the pommel to make it super-grippy on the downhills. In fact, the Cressida is a more compact version of Leki's popular Makalu pole – a robust design that’s well-suited to thru-hiking and long-distance routes. Aimed at smaller trekkers, it offers a length range (90–125cm) that's 10cm shorter than its big brother. This also comes with a slightly shorter pack size and a 30g weight saving across both poles.
