Ortlieb dry bags have been keeping kit safe since founder Hartmut Ortlieb developed his first bike bag in 1981 after a very wet bikepacking trip through Southern England. From robust coated polyester bags that handle years of abuse to ultralight nylon versions that live inside rucksacks, these German-engineered drybags deliver IP64 waterproof protection through proven rolltop closures and high-frequency welded seams.
Available in sizes from a tiny 1.5L up to expedition-ready 150L, with valve-compression options for sleeping bags and padded shoulder straps for portaging heavy loads. Whether you're biking, canoeing, overlanding, or just need bombproof organisation inside non-waterproof packs, these are the drybags trusted by adventurers who can't afford kit failures.
Open the valve, roll to squeeze out air, then seal - your bulky sleeping bag suddenly takes half the space whilst staying nice and dry.
Coated polyester construction balances durability with practical weight, whilst the proven rolltop closure achieves IP64 waterproof rating with just 3-4 rolls.
