Peruvian cotton is lofted on the inside for warmth and smooth on the outside to resist pilling. Rib-knit side panels, cuffs, and hem give a custom fit without the boxy rigidity of cheaper constructions, and the kangaroo pocket is deep and wide. They also specify that the double-layer hood is roomy enough to pull over a hard hat – which is just about the most Filson detail imaginable.
